The Management wishes to respond to all its requests and welcomes reports regarding the organization and service of the hotel, while recommending reading the following extract from the main Regulation.
The booking conditions can only be changed with the consent of the interested parties.
Unless otherwise agreed, in the case of delay in arrival or advance in departure from the dates established in the booking, the customer is required to pay the room price for the entire booked period.
Reservations for stays and pensions must be made in writing and must be accompanied by the payment of a sum as a deposit.
Reservations are considered canceled if the customer has not shown up for the exercise on the established day and has not given any news.
In this case, the operator has the right to withhold the advance payment as compensation.
Unless otherwise agreed, in the case of renunciation of the stay, the customer loses the amount paid as a deposit.
If the customer shows up within the deadline and does not find the accommodation booked available, he is entitled to provide him with other accommodation of the same category or, failing that, an exercise of a higher category. The difference in any price is borne by the operator.
For reservations of 1 to 3 nights, a credit card is required only to guarantee the reservation

The rooms will be available to our guests from 15.00. If they are ready, they can also be occupied in the morning.
All customers must vacate their rooms by 10.00 on the day of departure.
